Look, if you are an animal on planet earth, you will have stress. it is part of life and not all stress is bad. it is how you handle it that can make you stronger and resilient or anxious and unwell.
Most people in this day and age are anxious and they have good reason to be…pandemics…climate change…AI…social media… the list goes on. But there are tools you can use to keep yourself in control of your head and not let the squirrels run the show.
It is more than just being tired or overworked. It is a "dorsal dive" response to life and can leave you completely shut down.
