Because I had to do it for myself. 

My story started in third grade with my first panic attack. Later came depression, more anxiety, more panic, and eventually, full-blown burnout. I did all the “right” things society prescribes, yet I was still suffering.

Look, if you are an animal on planet earth, you will have stress. it is part of life and not all stress is bad.  it is how you handle it that can make you stronger and resilient or anxious and unwell.


anxiety is fear of a future threat, real or imagined.  Most people in this day and age are anxious and they have good reason to be…pandemics…climate change…AI…war...financial insecurity...social media… the list goes on. But there are tools you can use to keep yourself in control of your head and not let the squirrels run the show.

burn out is more than just being tired or overworked.  It is a "dorsal dive" response to life and can leave you completely shut down. 
But there are ways to work through it and get back to a happy life!
