I had my first panic attack in the third grade. It was followed later in my teenage years by depression which was then followed by general anxiety, more panic attacks and burnout.

I did all the things you are supposed to do to treat my mental issues: I went to doctors, therapists and psychiatrists.
Since I never found relief from just taking a pill, I had to learn how to heal myself when doctors and therapists weren't able to help me. In addition to supportive nutrition, I learned tools, techniques, and even some technology that calmed my body mind, stopped my negative and fearful thinking and gave me resiliency in order to live the life a happy life. Sounds pretty great, right?
